1.ServiceNow Tech Lead with hands on Experience of 6+ years on Development and customization on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required (specifically on ServiceNow GRC/IRM module) Risk Management and Compliance Management
2.Prior experience and understanding on ServiceNow development and integrations for ITSM module using REST API
3.Basic Understanding of Domain Separation Inside ServiceNow Application Domain
4.Experience on Scoped App management
5.Experience in development Lifecycle within ServiceNow.
6.Experience in Java Scripting within ServiceNow platform
7.Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules.
8.Expertise with ServiceNow version upgrades and patching activities
9.Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
10.Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing business needs.
11.Excellent in communication and experience liaising with multi stakeholder environment is a plus
12.Experience working in ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, integrations is an added advantage
