SerivceNow CSM
The Senior ServiceNow Developer (IRM) will lead the technical architecture and development of the Integrated Risk Management suite.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Automation: Design and implement automated Control Indicators that pull evidence directly from other ServiceNow modules (CMDB, SecOps, HAM/SAM) to validate compliance without manual intervention.
Risk Framework Architecture: Configure and customize Risk Frameworks, Risk Statements, and Assessment Templates to automate the identification and scoring of qualitative and quantitative risks.
Entity Scoping: Build and maintain complex Entity Types and Entity Filters to ensure that risks and controls are automatically mapped to the correct business assets and departments.
Audit Management: Develop technical solutions for the Audit Management lifecycle, including automated evidence request workflows and findings tracking.
Advanced Scripting: Create custom Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions to handle complex risk-scoring calculations (Inherited vs. Residual Risk) and compliance roll-up logic.
Policy Exception Management: Build and optimize the Policy Exception workflow, ensuring proper routing, approvals, and expiration tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, with 3+ years specifically in IRM/GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit).
Mastery of the IRM Data Model: Deep understanding of the relationship between Policies, Authority Documents, Citations, Controls, and Risks.
Advanced Flow Designer & IntegrationHub: Proven ability to automate evidence collection via APIs from external security or cloud tools.
Scripting Expertise: High proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API, specifically for building custom assessment logic and complex roll-up calculations.
