You will collaborate with a Senior UX Researcher, take design direction from the Lead UX Designer (Head of Design), and play a central role in shaping modular, white labelled banking products that can be scaled across global markets.This role requires deep UX design expertise, a strong understanding of design systems, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance design thinking, accelerate prototyping, and support personalized, data-informed design decisions. Youll play a critical role in shaping user journeys, product workflows, and interaction patterns across our platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of UX principles, strong collaboration with cross functional teams, and the ability to translate user needs into seamless experiences that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key digital products or features. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into design solutions.
