Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior UX Designer to join a pioneering venture and innovation unit within one of the Middle Easts most influential banks. You will collaborate with a Senior UX Researcher, take design direction from the Lead UX Designer (Head of Design), and play a central role in shaping modular, white labelled banking products that can be scaled across global markets.
This role requires deep UX design expertise, a strong understanding of design systems, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance design thinking, accelerate prototyping, and support personalized, data-informed design decisions. Collaborate within a core venture team to design scalable, fit-for-purpose digital banking experiences across platforms and regions.
Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, optimized for flexibility and reuse in white-label deployments.
Partner with UX researchers to integrate insights into user-centric designs that reflect regional nuances and global patterns.
Work with product teams to apply consistent design logic across multiple products using an evolving enterprise design system.
Use AI design tools and copilots (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Loveable, Uizard, Galileo AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or others) to support ideation, content generation, UX writing, interface variations, and accessibility simulation.
Assist in automating routine design tasks, improving documentation workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance user journeys with embedded AI experiences.
Provide design leadership and guidance to product designers across business units, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Participate in and lead co-design workshops with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to explore value propositions and usability patterns.
Maintain robust design documentation to support scalability, localization, and efficient onboarding of regional teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in UX design for complex, modular, or enterprise grade digital products.
Portfolio showcasing experience designing white labelled, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Axure, etc.).
Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and how to integrate them into day to day workflows.
Deep understanding of interaction design, responsive UI, UX writing, accessibility, and localization.
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and translate business and technical requirements into user-centered design solutions. Experience in SaaS platforms, B2B fintech, or multi tenant design systems.
Knowledge of front end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) and handoff best practices.
Exposure to AI enhanced design processes, LLMs, and emerging UX trends in AI-first products.
Understanding of regional compliance and design for regulated environments.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, RunwayML, or Claude for design ideation and workflow optimization. You will co create scalable, white labelled banking

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UX Designer with 10 plus years of experience to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences. Youll play a critical role in shaping user journeys, product workflows, and interaction patterns across our platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of UX principles, strong collaboration with cross functional teams, and the ability to translate user needs into seamless experiences that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key digital products or features. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs with a strong attention to detail. Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Ensure consistency across products by leveraging design systems and contributing to their evolution. Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development lifecycle. Present design work to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale and trade offs. Mentor junior designers and contribute to growing a usercentered design culture across teams. Balance strategic thinking with hands on design execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
10 plus years of professional experience in UX design for digital products web and/or mobile Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise across complex, data driven, or large scale applications. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Strong understanding of interaction design, user research, accessibility, and design systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, health tech, or ecommerce environments.
Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of WCAG and accessibility compliance.
