Mandatory skills :- Java Fullstack development experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka work experience with AWS work exposure.
UI development experience using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices and other Spring Framework components.
Experience integrating React UI with backend REST APIs.
Should work from Hyderabad location, JPMC Client Location, Hybrid model
Preferable :- Retail Banking project work exposure.
Good to to have - Co-Pilot AI & AI Tools usage is good to have skills.

Need 4 positions to be filled

Overall 4 to 7 years experience on design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Develop responsive and user-friendly UI applications using React.
Implement and maintain AWS cloud-based solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Integrate microservices with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI and backend issues in a timely manner, ensuring optimal system performance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating best practices into development processes.
Should be a Java Full Stack Developer (React + Backend).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on microservices architecture.
Should have Java Full Stack developer experience with React UI.
Solid understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
Experience with Kafka for building event-driven architectures.
Strong database skills, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with frontend state management libraries such as Redux or Context API is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
