Senior Quality Analyst (QA)

Role Objective
Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate, compliant and aligned with client policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification form.
• Validate order details units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details.
• Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.
• Document errors, categorize by severity, and Submit RCA.
• Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors.
• Maintain audit logs and compliance reports..

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Operations).
• 2–4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Effective coaching and remedial skills

Work Requirements

• Ability to extend as per business needs to meet “End of Quarter business needs” based on Volume and client requests
• Location Hyderabad - Virtusa Campus
• Work Model Work from Office
• Shift 24 x 5
• Current Shift EMEA - 02 00 PM to 11 00 PM - 1 Way Drop transport provided
• Shift Allocation Based on business needs
