Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end delivery of multiple projects starting from estimation, planning, resource fulfilment, and delivery oversight and team management
Responsible for managing scrum teams, conducting daily stand up, managing dependencies with internal and external teams
First point of Client point of contact for the engagement, responsible for anchoring discussions with clients, status calls
Responsible for establishing best practises on delivery, adherence to client policies and identifying continuous service improvements and driving innovation culture
Responsible for knowledge management building knowledge artifacts, onboarding of new teams members up to speed quickly
Skills
Overall IT experience is 12 to 15 years including 6 to 8 years of experience in Project management
Good understanding technology and managed projects involving ASP .NET, .NET Core, Mobile apps development
Hands on experience in configuring agile dashboards and custom reporting of KPIs
Experience in Health care domain would be added advantage
Cloud Certification on Azure, AWS platforms
Scrum master certification
Strong communication and leadership abilities
