Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced leader to drive the end-to-end product strategy and execution of enterprise-grade IoT, cloud, and digital solutions within the regulated Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. This role requires deep technical and domain expertise, a proven ability to manage multi-million dollar portfolios, and leadership experience with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
Strategic Leadership & Product Ownership  Own the product roadmap, drive ROI-based prioritization, and define product strategy for large portfolios
Program Management & Delivery  Direct the launch, execution, and scaling of specialized IoT/cloud products, aiming to increase customer adoption (as proven by 25% increase) and reduce time to market (as proven by 30% reduction).
Stakeholder Engagement  Serve as the primary leader for executive stakeholder engagement and communications, ensuring strategic business objectives are achieved.Team & Process Management  Lead and manage large cross-functional and DevOps teams leveraging Agile & Lean practices (Scrum, Kanban) to foster outcome-focused delivery.Technology & Innovation  Oversee the design of architecture and integration frameworks. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools, including Enterprise workspace (MS Co-pilot, Aurora), Chat GPT, and Gemini, to enhance product delivery workflows and decision-making.Compliance & Risk Management  Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks, including GxP, SOX, and FDA Compliance, with a strong focus on data security and privacy.

Technical Oversight  Transform stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, and data flow/data model diagrams.Experience  12+ years of progressive experience in Product and Account Leadership, specifically in delivering enterprise-grade IoT, cloud, and digital solutions.

Domain Expertise  Deep technical and domain expertise in regulated Life Sciences and Healthcare industries.

Cloud & IoT  Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IoT & Edge Technologies.

Technical Skills  Strong background in SQL, Data Integration, DevOps, Automated Release Management, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and roadmunk.
