Senior Program Manager

Lead the full delivery lifecycle from initiation to final handoff
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and operations
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and team capabilities
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Manage resource allocation and optimize delivery processes for efficiency
Conduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future projects
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred for senior roles)
