Role- Senior Manager/ Senior BA (Quality assurance)
experience- 10 + years
Location- Qatar
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Project Management or a closely related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a major bank / multinational organization in a related function – of which at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Significant experience as a senior business analyst, demonstrating expert-level skills in business process analysis, requirements management, and strategic business planning within complex, multi-departmental organizations.
Required Special Skills:
• Evidence of analytical mindset to track and evaluate effectiveness of Quality
Assurance initiatives.
• Ability to be involved with highly-sensitive information, using discretion and integrity.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
and Arabic (preferred).
• Resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high levels of
professionalism under pressure.
• Able to work autonomously and with a high degree of initiative.
• Self-motivated, eye for detail (essential).
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to gain commitment.
• Expert proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and techniques, including
data modeling, process mapping, requirements elicitation, stakeholder
management, and business case development.
Framework and Boundaries:
• Group’s overall strategic plan.
• Applicable policies and procedures.
• Relevant regulatory pronouncements of applicable local and international
regulators and related best practices.
• Delegated and re-delegated authorities as per the delegation of authority structure.
• Instructions of the VP - Quality Assurance and SEVP Group Communications.
Communications and Working Relationships:
• Division/Department management and management of the department units,
subsidiaries, branches and other Group entities, whether within or outside Qatar.
• Close working relationships with the Assistant Vice President - Quality Assurance.
• Regulatory authorities, external professional associations/ bodies and also Newspapers, Televisions and other Media Communications.
