Senior Manager
Work closely with product manager and engineering team to ensure smooth feature rollouts
Decide which features to build next by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing improvements of the product
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Assist product support teams for new customer onboarding to the product
Coordinating with product marketing and sales team
Acting as an intermediary between front-line support team and engineering team
Support and monitor daily operations of the product to identify and resolve issues quickly
Collecting key application performance metrics at periodic intervals over time
Monitoring daily the customer file upload performance and error rate in the product
