Senior Engineer- IAM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically skilled IAM Engineer to support CyberArk Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) deployment, focusing on rule creation and access policy implementation. The role is hands-on and ideal for candidates with practical IGA experience who can configure, test, and implement rules to ensure secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement access control rules, workflows, and policies in CyberArk IGA.
- Translate business and compliance requirements into technical rules and access policies.
- Work on role-based access management, entitlement modeling, and certification campaigns.
- Collaborate with business owners and IT teams to understand access requirements and implement correct rules.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot rules to ensure correct enforcement of access policies.
- Document rule configurations, workflows, and changes for operational and audit purposes.
- Assist in deploying IGA solutions across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Support day-to-day project activities, including issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and configuration hand-offs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of hands-on IAM or IGA experience, preferably with CyberArk IGA.
- Strong understanding of identity governance concepts: rule creation, role-based access, segregation of duties (SoD), approvals, and certifications.
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to streamline rule management.
