Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Head of Product Management Practice to lead, scale, and mature our Product Management consulting offering. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our practice’s growth, acting as a bridge between business development, internal business units, and our talented consultants. You will define the strategic roadmap for the practice, drive revenue through client partnerships, optimize resource deployment, and cultivate a world-class environment for Product Owner and Product Manager career development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Practice Scaling
Define the Vision: Establish and execute the long-term strategic direction for the Product Management consulting practice, aligning it with broader company objectives.
Scale the Offering: Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies to mature our Product Management offering and successfully scale it across new markets and industries.
Thought Leadership: Act as the face of the practice internally and externally, producing thought leadership content and representing the firm at industry events.
Business Development & Sales Growth
Drive Revenue: Partner closely with sales and account leadership to identify new opportunities, increase win rates, and drive top-line growth for the Product Management practice.
Client Advisory: Serve as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor on key client engagements, helping to pitch, scope, and close high-value transformation projects.
