Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale complex IT programs ensuring all projects align with organizational goals Build and maintain high and performance teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability Collaborate with senior leaders to define program goals objectives and strategies for continuous improvement Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders including executive leadership business units vendors and external partners. Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expectations Prepare and present program status updates to senior leadership highlighting risks mitigation plans and key milestones. Evaluate program performance and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization timelines and overall efficiency Recommend process improvements for program delivery, aligning with best practices and industry standards. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to program execution and drive resolutions to mitigate delays, cost overruns, and other setbacks. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation within the IT program. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that the program aligns with the Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (Masters degree preferred). 20 plus years of experience in IT project and program management with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional IT programs. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and prioritize competing demands. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities. Certification in Program and Project Management PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is preferred
