Senior Data Engineer
The Data Engineer supports the development and maintenance of data pipelines and systems. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, data validation, and assisting senior engineers in delivering reliable data solutions for analytics and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.
- Support data ingestion from multiple sources into data warehouses or lakes.
- Collaborate with senior data engineers and analysts on data-related tasks.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and systems.
- Contribute to documentation and basic reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, or database support.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python/Java, and data processing concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL tools, or cloud data platforms is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under guidance from senior engineers.
