Senior Consultant
- Define and execute end-to-end OCM strategies aligned with business transformation goals
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across functions
- Develop integrated change plans covering communication, training, engagement, and adoption
4. Communication & Engagement
- Design and execute targeted communication strategies for impacted stakeholder groups
- Create role-based messaging aligned to “What’s in it for me” for impacted employees
5. Training & Enablement
- Define role based training strategies and enablement plans
- Work with SMEs and business teams to develop training content and learning journeys
- Ensure readiness of users prior to key transition milestones
6. Adoption & Measurement
- Define success metrics and track adoption using KPIs (usage, readiness, sentiment, etc.)
- Conduct readiness assessments and pulse surveys
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and reinforcement plans
7. Governance & Delivery Integration
- Integrate OCM activities into overall program governance and delivery plans
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, PMO, Delivery and business units
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting
- Experience managing large scale workforce transitions (e.g., M&A, employee migration, operating model changes)
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent)
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Deep client facing experience in support of large change management efforts.
