  • Define and execute end-to-end OCM strategies aligned with business transformation goals
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across functions

4. Communication & Engagement

  • Design and execute targeted communication strategies for impacted stakeholder groups
  • Create role-based messaging aligned to “What’s in it for me” for impacted employees

5. Training & Enablement

  • Define role based training strategies and enablement plans
  • Work with SMEs and business teams to develop training content and learning journeys
  • Ensure readiness of users prior to key transition milestones

6. Adoption & Measurement

  • Define success metrics and track adoption using KPIs (usage, readiness, sentiment, etc.)
  • Conduct readiness assessments and pulse surveys
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and reinforcement plans

7. Governance & Delivery Integration

  • Integrate OCM activities into overall program governance and delivery plans
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, PMO, Delivery and business units

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting
  • Experience managing large scale workforce transitions (e.g., M&A, employee migration, operating model changes)
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Deep client facing experience in support of large change management efforts.
