Senior Consultant

Lead client deliveries
Coordinate internal Ignition and collaborative client project teams
Develop and maintain client facing delivery plans and budgets
Develop and maintain internal sprint plans
Lead regular team meetings and support collaboration across the global teamsPlan and oversee release management activities as changes are promoted into test and
production environments
Drive continuous improvement in internal delivery processes to support efficient
implementations
 Define project success metrics and communicate to all project stakeholders
 Proactively manage changes in scope, issues, risks, and devise contingency plans
 Maintain and deliver agreed project updates and communication outputs
 Work closely with client-side project leadership to develop and maintain plans and ensure
successful project delivery

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
 Professional certifications in Project Management
 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
 5+ years direct work experience in agile Scrum software development environments
 Aspects of process development and execution are highly desirable
 Experience in successful delivery of software development projects to financial services
institutions
 Experience of working with tier 1 financial services institutions
 Experience of financial services institutional project delivery
 Experience of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams
