Senior Consultant

About the role
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful digital experiences
from concept to final execution while collaborating with other designers, copywriters,
creative leads, project managers, and clients. Our work ranges from email, social, and
display ad campaigns.
We have a strong remote work culture and most of us are located across North
America. You'll be expected to work, collaborate, and attend meetings in U.S. time
zones.
What you’ll be doing
● Come up with smart, groundbreaking interactive concepts that meet Factor
and/or client objectives, whether it’s for email campaigns or banner ads.
● Design those concepts to a beautiful, highly polished level using responsive
design principles.

● Help enforce Factor and/or the client’s style guidelines for the projects you work
on.
● Be very flexible and adaptable to internal and/or client feedback.
● Work closely with project managers to ensure your project stays on schedule.
● Brainstorm, concept and collaborate with creative leads, other designers,
writers, and project managers.
● Be hands-on with execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at
one time.
● Present creative work to leadership at Factor.

Qualifications
● Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and
presentation skills.
● Proficient with industry-standard design tools and practices (InDesign, After
Effects, Figma are a must).
● Ability to successfully articulate design concepts and intent to your team and/or
clients.
● A polished interactive design portfolio in English that contains stunning web and
mobile designs for consumer-facing brands.
● 8+ years Design experience in a related field.
● Must have experience at either an interactive design agency or an in-house
creative department.
● Experience leading a project from conception to execution.
● High comfort level with creating presentation decks, presenting work to internal
stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to address their feedback.
● Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project
deadlines.
● The willingness to accept constructive creative feedback from your creative
director, peers, Factor leadership, and clients, and come up with smart solutions
that address that feedback.
● Confidence without arrogance. We don’t have any prima donnas or large egos
