We are seeking a 6 years to 10 years highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in frontend frameworks (ReactJS) to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing scalable enterprise applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX, and QA to deliver robust and scalable solutions
Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver working software in an Agile environment
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
