As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into functional specifications for development teams. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 6 years spent working specifically in the Payments domain(SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022) for banking or financial services clients.Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions, from requirement gathering through to successful deployment.Experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and working with development & QA teams.Strong knowledge of Payments systems, including Payment Gateways, , SWIFT, and emerging technologies like Open Banking, and Digital Payments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business and technical teams.Proficiency with business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.UAT testing experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory
