To document user access roles and associated governance for Segregation of Duties (SOD), User guides, SOPs, Process documents etc. Technical documentation and guides are to be established covering Roles, Permissions and Entitlements to ensure that all QR applications in scope are adhered to the information security policy and associated compliance requirements.
