Senior Architect - Proactive

We are building a high-impact engineering team in India to deliver Agentic AI solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Engineering functions using the Google Cloud AI ecosystem (Vertex AI, Gemini, ADK, Google internal agent frameworks, Workspace APIs, Corp Run). The Senior AI Architect will be the technical authority responsible for the end-to-end design, architecture, governance, and delivery of multi-agent systems, AI workflows, and enterprise-grade automation for Google Cloud engagements.

This role requires deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, multi-agent architectures, RAG, workflow orchestration, security, LLMOps, and scalable AI system design.

Solution Architecture & Design

Architect Agentic AI systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, memory, evaluation loops, and scalable execution models.

Design Google Cloud–native architectures leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, ADK, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and GCS.

Define solution blueprints for Sales AI Agents, Marketing AI Agents, and Engineering/Developer Productivity Agents.

Drive data, model, and integration architecture across enterprise systems, public APIs, and Google Workspace.

Technical Leadership & Engineering Governance

Lead technical workstreams across India, US, Mexico; mentor AI engineers to build high-quality agents and automation.

Establish standards for prompt engineering, agent behavior modeling, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and robustness.

Review architecture, design docs, PRDs, code, integration flows—ensure alignment with Google’s engineering culture and expectations.

Serve as the final escalation point for complex AI solutioning and performance issues.

LLM, RAG, and Agent Framework Expertise

Implement robust RAG pipelines, retrieval strategies, embeddings, vector DB choices, and context governance.
