Leads executive steering meetings, KPI reviews, risk management, and phased transition planning.

Ensures the CoE is operationalized in a way that improves speed, transparency, and adoption.

Aligns Virtusa delivery with Lenovo’s business priorities, success metrics, and operating constraints.

Drives continuous improvement and ensures the engagement builds Lenovo self-sufficiency over time

Should have experience with content management solution like AEM or similar.
