Senior Architect

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering is a leadership position focused on steering technology teams towards excellence while driving software delivery capability to new heights. This role involves strategic collaboration with distributed technology leadership teams and ensuring responsive, high-performance approaches to software development across multiple global locations.

You will lead and grow engineering leaders and senior individual contributors by providing coaching on architecture, software development, and quality engineering best practices, as well as the behaviors that enable strong, inclusive, high-performing teams across geographies. You will strengthen the talent pipeline through hiring, succession planning, performance management, and development plans—proactively addressing underperformance while raising the bar for engineering excellence.

You will drive continuous improvement across the organization by establishing scalable engineering practices, metrics, and governance that improve delivery efficiency, reliability, and technical health. This includes guiding planning and coordination across teams, improving how work is estimated and delivered, ensuring appropriate test and release rigor, and creating mechanisms for cross-team knowledge sharing and standards adoption.

Service Ownership & Operational Excellence: Ensure teams operate services with strong production readiness, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement of reliability and performance.
