P1C2STSWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the execution of scrum ceremonies and practices with your team. This includes sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and reporting and metrics such as burn down and velocity. You will also be responsible for issue management, removing barriers and tracking dependencies, as well as risk management, identifying potential problems and mitigating them. As a coach, you will help team members, peers, Product Owner, and other stakeholders improve their skills and work together. Critical thinking is a key aspect of this role, as you must be able to quickly analyze situations and guide teams towards solutions. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of technology and engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD pipeline. This is a hybrid role, with the option for both remote and in-office work. .
