Scrum Master - Pega
Job description:
- 8+ Years of Overall IT and Scrum Master Experience; Preferably in Pega or workflow projects
- Manage projects scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand ups and reviews
- Coach team members in agile/scrum framework
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for business communications
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of the sprint
- Ensure a smooth release with minimum issues
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
