SAS DMS

Education    Degree: Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably) in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience and certification)
Experience    Must have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Technical position in large organizations.
    Must have experience in SAS design and implementation for workflow of SAS decision manager - Credit Decisioning.
    Must have good experience in API integration - REST/JSON, XML
    Proven experience of creating smart and efficient solutions to solve complex problems
Technical Skills    Must be able to articulate the Business Requirements and work closely with Vendor to deliver robust solution.
    Good experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, MS SQL, shell scripting, Windows batch scripting and debugging.
    Must be proficient in SAS Administration
    Must have good Base SAS and Advanced SAS knowledge
    Experience in defining the best practices and implementing right through the development stages.
    Experience in integrating SAS with databases / other web services / LDAP / vaults.
    Experience in creating Rulesets and Rule-Flow and Decision Jobs
    Good to have fair knowledge on the new technologies like KAFKA, Cloud Native Apps to support future implementations
    Experience in installation of new SAS environment and troubleshooting activities
    Proficiency in working on SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console, SAS Decision Manager, SAS Macros, SAS Stored Process, SAS Web Service, SAS Proc SQL
    Good knowledge of business rules, decision trees, SAS models, Python, etc.
    Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize models
    Understanding of DevOps / CI-CD tools
    Good to have fair knowledge of SAS Dataflux for Enterprise Dedupe.
    Good to have fair knowledge on the new technologies like KAFKA, Cloud Native Apps to support future implementations
Functional Skills    Experience in Decision Management System and Enterprise Dedupe domain
    Experience in Banking and Financial domain in an enterprise environment
    Experience in reviewing Business requirement document, Interface Specifications and Functional Solution document
    Experience in Agile methodology
    Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system
Soft Skills    Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
