Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications that support core business processes such as sales, service, and marketing. The engineer will bridge business requirements with technical validation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions deliver consistent value to end-users and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand Salesforce requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce modules.
- Conduct end-to-end testing including validations of Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during testing of Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce applications.
- Document defects, track resolution, and ensure timely closure with development teams.
- Participate in release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of Salesforce updates.
