We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Salesforce Developer to design build and deploy enterprisegrade custom solutions on the Salesforce platform As a senior member of the engineering team you will be the goto technical expert for complex coding challenges systems integration and performance optimization You will work closely with architects and business teams to transform strategic requirements into scalable clean code
Key Responsibilities
Custom Code Development Write highquality scalable and secure code using Apex Classes Triggers BatchAsynchronous processing and modern frontend frameworks like Lightning Web Components LWC
System Integration Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using RESTSOAP APIs middleware and eventdriven architectures
Architecture Implementation Collaborate with Technical Architects to map functional requirements to optimal technical designs strictly adhering to Salesforce governor limits and multitenant constraints
Code Quality Best Practices Enforce code quality standards by writing comprehensive unit tests aiming for 85 coverage and conducting thorough peer code reviews
Technical Troubleshooting Act as the highest tier of escalation for debugging complex platform bugs data discrepancies and production system bottlenecks
Mentorship Provide technical guidance and support to junior and midlevel Salesforce developers and administrators on the team
