 Salesforce (Agentforce) Developer

Location - Colombo, Sri Lanka

Virtusa is seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce developer to work on a groundbreaking Agentforce and Einstein AI implementation for a global insurance leader. The successful candidate will get an opportunity to implement turn key and bespoke AI applications for a customer across sales and service use cases. The ideal candidate should have Strong Salesforce engineering background with hands on experience implementing sales and service cloud based solutions. 2-4 years experience.

• Expertise and hands on experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Web Services, and other declarative and programmatic features of Salesforce
• Good working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and how to extend these solutions using both declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce
• Preferably the candidate should have started learning Agentforce on trailhead and should have done some hands on development of Agents in their own development environments
• Hunger to learn and to be involved in Agentic AI projects with global Salesforce customers
