- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and business analysis.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Certifications in Business Analysis or CRM systems.
Qualifications
