Proven experience with at least one complex data migration (ETL) into Salesforce.com. Strong technical foundation in APEX, Force.com, .NET, Java, and relational database concepts. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints. Familiarity with web services and enterprise data transport technologies. Experience in structured system analysis and design methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and the quote-to-cash process is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Participate in all phases of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations. Lead and manage end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs including data migrations, systems integrations, and custom development. Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform (Classic and Lightning). Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflow rules. Develop and manage process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Monitor and optimize system performance, including data storage and integrations. Define and manage technical change management processes (e.g., release management). Provide technical leadership including mentoring, setting best practices, and overseeing deployment and testing.
