Job Title: SailPoint Developer Production Support
Experience Level: 5 Years and above
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer Production Support to join our Identity and Access Management IAM team. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ in a post upgrade environment, ensuring platform stability, resolving integration issues, and enabling advanced governance capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint development, production support, and platform optimization aligned with Identity Security Cloud ISC best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ including issue triage, resolution, and root cause analysis
Perform post upgrade validation and smoke testing of key configurations, connectors, and workflows
Conduct gap analysis to identify and remediate capability gaps introduced during platform upgrades
Optimize identity profiles, access policies, and SoD controls for performance and compliance
Support connector lifecycle management including upgrades, tuning, and onboarding of new sources
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate SailPoint with systems like AWS, Azure, SAP, Salesforce, GitHub, and ServiceNow
Monitor and enhance workflow performance including support for advanced use cases and campaign execution
Participate in strategic roadmap planning for ISC feature adoption and governance maturity
Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
Five or more years of hands on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
Strong development skills in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SQL
Experience with rules, workflows, lifecycle events, and connector configurations
Proficiency in REST or SOAP API integrations with external systems
Solid understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, RBAC, SoD, access certification, and policy enforcement
Experience with Active Directory or LDAP, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and SSO, SAML, or OAuth integrations
Familiarity with DevOps and support tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and ServiceNow
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
SailPoint Certified IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Engineer
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
Prior exposure to ISC upgrades and post upgrade optimization
Background in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or telecom
Knowledge of Identity Governance frameworks and Zero Trust Architecture
