Job Title SailPoint Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SailPoint

Analyze current IAM processes, identify gaps, and propose future state solutions.

Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

SailPoint Solution Design & Configuration:

Lifecycle Management (LCM): Design and configure LCM processes (joiner, mover, leaver), access requests, and approval/provisioning workflows.

Workflows: Develop and optimize complex workflows

Provisioning & De-provisioning: Implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning strategies for target applications via connectors.

Application Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding of enterprise applications, including connector configuration and attribute mapping.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Support the design and implementation of roles, entitlements, and access policies.

Access Certifications: Configure and manage access certification campaigns.

Technical Documentation & Support:

Create comprehensive documentation (FDDs, TDDs, process flows, training materials).

Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Assist in the execution of test plans (UAT, SIT).

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Present complex technical concepts clearly.

Manage ServiceNow tickets related to IAM access.

Automation & Optimization:

Support the implementation of process automation

Participate in integrating privileged access management (PAM) solutions
