We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support and enhance our enterprise automation initiatives. This role involves managing incident resolution, monitoring RPA environments, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bot performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Automation Anywhere and be capable of handling critical production issues, documentation updates, and bot migration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Incident Management & Enhancement Support
Monitor and resolve tickets assigned to the enterprise ServiceNow RPA assignment group.
Perform production checkouts following releases, infrastructure maintenance, scheduled recycles, and fix deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Develop and deploy updates to optimize and enhance existing RPA assets using Automation Anywhere 360.
Participate in RPA delivery team meetings and provide insights during release/project discussions.
Provide technical support for Disaster Recovery testing and compliance audits.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for RPA monitoring and support.
RPA Monitoring & Support
Respond to alerts and priority incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
Track and report bot execution status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Generate incident reports, analyze root causes, and propose proactive solutions.
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance automation efficiency.
Knowledge Management
Maintain and create Knowledge Articles and SOP repositories for operational efficiency.
Keep documentation updated, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Design Documents (PDD).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Incident Management & Operations Support experience in an enterprise RPA environment.
Hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere 360, handling break-fix issues and development of enhancement requests.
Ability to triage and analyze defects in production environments, handling P1 and P2 critical issues.
Strong experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term solutions.
Proficiency in resolving non-code fix issues submitted through ServiceNow.
Experience in bot migration, specifically from Automation Anywhere to Power Apps.
