Risk Assessment Manager
Location: Hybrid (Pan-India as per operating locations)

Reports to: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Risk Assessment Manager to lead and support our global risk assessment program. As part of the Enterprise Risk Management function, this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our functional Risk Assessment program. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Client Service and other program owners to develop Risk Libraries and other risk-related deliverables with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and continually improve the global Risk Assessment program across all geographies and functions.
- Work with function owners to develop rated risk libraries and other risk-related deliverables
Key Attributes:
- The ability to collaborate proactively with team members across various functions, including senior leaders, drive programs forward, and bring projects to closure in a dynamic global environment.
- High level of integrity and drive.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and project management skills—capable of driving complex, cross-functional privacy initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6 + years of hands-on experience in audit, risk management, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or evuivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, or other similar business field(s)
- Certifications such as Chartered Accountant or similar ideal, but not required
- Experience and comfort working with team members at all levels, in all functions and locations
