Quality Engineer
A Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through testing, inspection, and the implementation of quality control systems.
Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines.
Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Analyze the causes of non-conformance and recommend solutions to improve product quality and performance.
Work closely with engineering, production, and support teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality metrics.
Propose and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is typically required.
Relevant work experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
A keen eye for detail to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and quality control methodologies.
