Quality Assurance

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Technical Test Lead to spearhead Quality Engineering (QE) strategies for enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate has 10 to 15 years of software quality assurance experience and will bridge the gap between development teams, clients, and offshore resources. You will drive test-driven development, architect robust automation frameworks, and ensure high software quality. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Architecture Define and execute comprehensive Master Test Plans, testing methodologies, and automation strategies. Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch. Conduct automation feasibility analysis and introduce AI-assisted testing or machine learning tools to optimize testing cycles. Technical Execution Oversee multi-tier integration testing, API testing, security testing, and performance testing. Manage test environments, complex data validation, and CI/CD pipeline integration. Review code written by automation engineers and conduct technical reviews.  Leadership & Stakeholder Management Mentor, train, and develop a globally distributed team of QA engineers. Translate business requirements into concrete test scenarios and establish quality metrics. Collaborate with product management, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align testing processes with business goals. Technical Qualifications & Skills Core Experience Minimum 10+ years in Software QA, with at least 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role. Automation Tools Advanced proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Performance & API Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing. DevOps / CI/CD Hands-on experience integrating testing with pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker). Database Strong SQL / PL-SQL scripting and database testing skills. Domain Expertise [Optional e.g., Banking, Healthcare, E-commerce] Certifications ISTQB Advanced Level or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
