QA Lead (Treasury)

Primary Skill 7 years strong QA background to run E2E QA program in Test Automation - Java, Selenium, BDD, API, DB Test Automation and SQL
1Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester in the past that would help get into the details and question the teams defects raised status quo
2Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality
3Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing
4Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
5 Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
6 Creates and implements quality standards.
7 Publish/Own quality reports and documentation

Secondary Skill - Any tool other than Selenium,
Develop the testing scripts based on the design and direction given by the lead/mentor
Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis purpose
