QA Lead - Trade Finance & Supply Chain Finance
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance applications, including associated web portals. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with customer teams to ensure that digital products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end engagement, developing and documenting comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements; performing manual testing such as functional, regression, integration, and pre-user acceptance testing (Pre-UAT); and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, Accello/Helio Assure or similar to enhance efficiency and coverage. The manager will also identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, and work with customer teams for timely resolution. Additional duties include conducting performance, load, and stress testing to ensure applications meet benchmarks, ensuring cross-platform compatibility across devices and browsers, and providing detailed test reports and metrics highlighting results, defect status, and quality assessments. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test processes and results is essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in banking applications like trade finance and supply chain finance. Technical expertise in manual and automated testing, proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Accello/Helio Assure, and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is required, along with familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Preferred skills include experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
