Software Testing Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in C# (C Sharp) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
• Utilize C# to create automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide status reports and metrics on testing progress and quality.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C# (C Sharp) programming language.
• Extensive experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, MSTest).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on C#.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
