Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL Testing Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data ETL testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a consultancy role. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the ETL process, working closely with stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data flows and requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in ETL testing with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in ETL or data testing are a plus.
