Kubernetes (K8s) — container orchestration for Cloud services; deployment, scaling, pod management, and health monitoring
Infrastructure-as-code mindset — scripted and repeatable environment provisioning
Understanding of Datadog
Understanding of Harness
Amazon Connect
Session Border Controller (Ribbon SBC) — call routing, TLS, SIP trunk configuration
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Python 3.x — automation scripting, REST API clients, Selenium/playwright, multi-threaded data generation
PowerShell 5.1+ — orchestration, scheduled task management, environment lifecycle scripts
T-SQL / SQL Server — query writing, stored functions, sqlcmd automation against operational databases
Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams, environment topology documents, and integration blueprints
Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS-style environments with isolated configuration layers
Familiarity with API design, microservices patterns, and service dependency mapping
Security-aware design — credential management, least-privilege access, CVE awareness
Git / version control experience — scripted environment management, change tracking.
Confluence / Jira proficiency — documentation authoring, project tracking

Verint API integrations
Formal solutions architecture experience or certification (AWS SA, TOGAF, or equivalent).
Pre-sales or Solution Consulting background — understanding of how demo environments are used in the sales cycle.
Experience with AI/ML-enhanced contact centre products — Verint Da Vinci, OpenAI/Bedrock API integration, conversational AI.
Multi-locale and internationalisation experience — managing demo environments across APAC, EMEA, Americas.
