The Proposal Executive will be responsible for shaping the strategy, messaging and value proposition during different stages of the deal cycle from producing professionally written proposals that effectively articulates the organization's value proposition, differentiators and win themes to bringing the power of storytelling to the forefront, creating captivating content during the orals phase to showcasing innovative differentiators during client visits. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, offerings, subject matter experts, and bid managers, to create compelling and competitive artefacts and deliverables. 
• Facilitate and lead proposal and orals storyboarding sessions to identify and align win themes, message maps and response storylines to client requirements and Virtusa’s value proposition.
• Create high-quality proposal documents and orals deck along with bid team that align with win themes and message maps, showcasing Virtusa's capabilities and value proposition.
• Work closely with the Design and Formatting team to enable proposal template creation and formatting as well as creation of high-quality differentiated content for presentations and client visits including microsites, murals, team booklets, passion books, and rapid prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and guidelines, including response expectations as outlined in RFx documents.
• Facilitate key review meetings, coordinate proposal and orals governance and sign-off.
• Continuously enhance the storytelling capabilities by researching and adopting industry best practices and innovative processes, tools, and templates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in leading and managing proposal and orals development processes, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into persuasive messages and storytelling, and articulate complex ideas in a concise and engaging manner.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading and managing complex proposals for global clients is preferred.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field (MBA/PGDM is preferable) with at least 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Training/Certifications in proposal writing and messaging from programs such as Shipley/CVI or similar will be an added advantage.
