Project Manager with experience across payment schemes - BACS, FPS, CHAPS, International and ICS to support Payments Platforms and Scheme compliance initiativesAs a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master for our Data Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of data-intensive projects. You will be responsible for leading agile teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Agile Leadership :
Work closely with Data Product owner.Lead and coach agile teams, including data engineers, designers, and analysts.Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and timelines.Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget tracking.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.Nice to have expertise: Understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL, ELT processes, and data warehousing.Understanding of Azure.
