Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time
and within scope. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks,
and ensuring strong communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track and report project progress to leadership.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and governance.
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
(Agile). - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Experience managing technology or digital transformation projects. -
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Clarity PPM).
