Job Description
Hands on Project Management experience for 10+ years covering full SDLC lifecycle
Experience in both waterfall and Agile process
Understand the project scope/objectives and ensuring technical feasibility with the support of Technical team
Defining project governance, process and standards
Ensure the projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, budget, timeline and expected quality
Ensure right resource availability for the project requirements
Develop a detailed project plan/sprint plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using metrics and maintain the agreed process standards
Report Risks, Issues and dependencies and escalate to management as needed
Status reporting on agreed frequencies to stakeholders
Good communication and presentation skills
Good experience in client management
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Coordinate with internal support teams for delivery dependencies
Team management and arrange career progression plan for the team
Revenue and profitability responsibilities will be added advantage
Forecasting project revenue to the management
Ensure the on time project billing and invoicing process
