We are seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Manager to lead our most ambitious Generative AI initiatives. This isn't a "status reporting" role; we are looking for a technical heavyweight who has spent years in the trenches of software execution and is now at the forefront of the AI revolution. You will bridge the gap between complex neural architectures and business value, managing elite teams of Architects and Engineers to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the full delivery lifecycle of large-scale AI/ML programs, from initial discovery and PoC to production deployment and scaling.Multi-Program Orchestration: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of high-impact workstreams without compromising on quality or deadlines.Governance with a Technical Edge: Lead governance meetings that dive deep into technical roadblocks, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with AI best practices.Leading Experts: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of AI Architects, Data Engineers, and Full-Stack Developers.Hands-on Advocacy: While this is a leadership role, you are expected to understand the "how." You should be comfortable discussing RAG architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and infrastructure requirements.Executive Presence: Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (CTOs, CDOs, and VPs), translating complex technical roadmaps into clear business outcomes.
- Expectation Management: Navigate the "hype cycle" of GenAI by setting realistic goals for accuracy, latency, and cost-to-serve.A strong background in hands-on software engineering, with a transition into AI/ML delivery in recent years, OR at least done similar one with other Technology
- CoreDelivery DNA: Mastery of resourcing, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and agile governance.
- Global Impact: Extensive experience managing geographically distributed teams and navigating cross-cultural delivery nuances.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field. Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, or AWS/Azure AI certifications) are a significant plus.
