Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint
reviews, and retrospectives
 Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
 Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
 Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
 Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and
transparency
 Shield the team from external disruptions and help manage dependencies
 Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
 Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
 Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts effectively
 Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Experience Required
 6–8 years of overall IT/technology experience
 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
 Experience working with cross-functional development teams

 Prior experience in enterprise, banking, or large-scale Agile environments is a
plus

Certifications (Preferred)
 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
 SAFe certification is an added advantage
