Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint
reviews, and retrospectives
Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and
transparency
Shield the team from external disruptions and help manage dependencies
Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience Required
6–8 years of overall IT/technology experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Experience working with cross-functional development teams
Prior experience in enterprise, banking, or large-scale Agile environments is a
plus
Certifications (Preferred)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
SAFe certification is an added advantage
