Role Overview
The Project/ Program Manager AI will be responsible for driving initiatives that enable seamless integration of AI capabilities into business processes. This role involves assessing current data consumption practices, identifying future reporting and analytics needs, and ensuring robust frameworks for AI model production and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate current data consumption practices across the clients organization.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in data usage.
Document findings and recommend improvements.
Analyse evolving business requirements and industry trends.
Identify future reporting and analytics needs.
Highlight gaps and propose solutions to meet changing demands.
Identify AI capabilities and frameworks required for scalable model development.
Assess gaps in current AI infrastructure and propose enhancements.
Ensure seamless production, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
Preferred Experience
10years of experience managing technology or data-driven projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and analytics platforms.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and lifecycle management.
Understanding of model deployment and monitoring best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus..
