Project Manager

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in Digital Engineering / IT Services environments.
• Proven experience managing global, multi-location Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in scope, cost, schedule, and quality management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification – Required
• Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or equivalent Agile certification – Required
• SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or similar – Preferred
• On-time and within-budget delivery of projects
• Quality and defect metrics adherence
• Client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement scores
• Resource utilization and productivity
• Delivery risk and issue resolution effectiveness
